Job summary

Bonita Point Plaza is seeking an Assistant General/Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets. You will supervise staff, make staffing decisions, and ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the GM to recruit, train, and evaluate employees, manage schedules, and control costs, while delivering an outstanding guest experience and upholding brand standards at the Bonita Point Plaza

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial targets: labor costs, food costs, and sales goals.
• Supervise and direct staff; recruit, hire, and train.
• Maintain inventory, loss prevention, and scheduling.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety.
• Handle cash/financial reporting and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
