Job summary

Fallbrook Towne Center : JJ104947 is seeking an Assistant General/Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and safety, and help drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in a retail environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Manager/Shift Leader.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial targets by monitoring labor, food costs, and sales goals.
• Manage store assets, security and safety.
• Handle cash, deposits, and timely financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; supervise and direct staff.
• Ensure dress code, training, and onboarding of staff.
• Coordinate promotions and mall activities as directed.
• Maintain relationships with mall management and vendors.
