Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities, drive customer service excellence, and manage leasing and payments. You will walk the property, engage customers, and ensure a clean, efficient operation.

Ideal candidates combine a positive attitude with strong organizational and financial skills, including handling invoices, reports and inventory. This role requires on-site work and weekend availability.

Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
Ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Show units to customers and manage leasing, payments via POS.
Process invoices and manage reports in the system.
Oversee store budget, supplies, and inventory.
Perform daily property maintenance and inspections.
