Job summary

CVS Health in Maple Shade Township, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the CVS Store Management team. You will lead store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and drive store execution and customer service to build loyalty.

You will supervise crew, coordinate with management, handle customer questions, merchandize, price, stock shelves, and reset departments according to plans. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and a commitment to CVS customer

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store's crew and communicate with management.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, promote CVS service culture, handle issues per policy, maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price, stock, display, and reset merchandise following weekly/promotional/Pog plans.
