Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Lakewood, NJ to lead store staff when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth operations and opening/closing procedures. You will focus on customer service and daily task execution in line with company policy.

You will supervise crew, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain merchandising and stock, and help create a welcoming CVS shopping experience for customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions and resolve complaints per policy
• Maintain store merchandising, price, stock and displays
• Reset departments following planograms
