Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our Montvale, NJ CVS/pharmacy location. You will support the Store Management team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed when managers are on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations in accordance with company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
