Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in New Jersey seeks an Operations Supervisor to support the store management team, drive store execution, and build customer loyalty through exceptional service. You will lead the store when no manager is on site, oversee opening and closing procedures, and coordinate merchandise presentation.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise staff when no manager is on site.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Plan and execute merchandising displays, price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain off-shelf items.
