Job summary

Roses Discount Stor in Georgia seeks an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to deliver excellent customer service and support the Store Manager with the overall operation of the store.

You will hire and train team members, supervise daily activities, perform opening/closing duties, protect assets, and keep the stockroom and sales floor organized to company standards.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
