Job summary

Roses is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and achieving company goals. You will assist in hiring, training, and developing store staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure procedures are followed, with a focus on security and asset protection.

The role requires flexibility to work a full-time or part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Open and close procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Direct hourly Team Members when Store Manager is not on site.
• Process corporate directives and manage freight flow.
• Assist in ordering and stocking merchandise.
