Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and a team of associates in Warwick, RI. The role emphasizes delivering WOW customer service, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening or closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as trash removal, sweeping, and cleaning.
