Job summary

Dollar Tree in Allentown, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and coordinate merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to lead a team, and a commitment to safety and loss prevention. You will train Store Associates, supervise scheduling, and ensure clean, well-stocked aisles and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties (walking, standing, bending).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
