Dollar General Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations with a strong customer-first focus. You will assist with supervision, merchandising, deposits, and paperwork, while performing stocking and cashier duties to maximize profitability and minimize losses.

The role includes scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will help manage planograms, inventory, and store assets in collaboration with the Store

Qualifications

• Strong customer service leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to open/close store and manage cashiering processes.
• Knowledge of inventory, planograms, and merchandise presentation.
• Familiarity with safety, cash handling, and Deposit procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership at the register and floor.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist in scheduling and training employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and display rotation according to planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, reduce damages and losses.
• Ensure cash control and deposits; authorize refunds and overrides.
