Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise stock, rotation, and planograms per Store Manager direction.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and deter losses.
• Oversee cash handling, refunds, overrides, till counting, and bank deposits.
• Assist in Store Manager absence; support store operations as needed.
