Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service leadership and cash handling skills.
• Ability to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies.
• Strong merchandising, inventory and planogram execution.
• Experience with cashiering, deposits and store financial controls.
• Basic math and reporting skills.
• Vehicle access to bank deposits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and protect assets from loss.
• Ensure planograms are followed and displays are updated.
• Maintain cashier accountability, perform deposits and refunds when needed.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
