Five Below in Woodbridge Township, NJ is seeking an energetic Store Crew Leader to help run daily operations, supervise associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll open/close the store, handle cash, train team members, boost sales through merchandising, and maintain stockroom organization. This hourly role requires flexible schedule, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, think creatively and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective duties and service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Trains onboarding of associates and improves performance through policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Maintains store maintenance and cleanliness, including stock room and bathrooms.
