Five Below is seeking a hands-on Store Leader at our Texas location to oversee daily operations and drive customer-centric service. You’ll train and supervise crew, manage stock, and handle opening/closing duties while ensuring safety and strong guest experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to store performance. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal contact at the register.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations when needed.
• Open or close the store as assigned, including cash handling and security.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
