Job summary

Five Below seeks an energetic team member for a part-time supervisory role at our Texas store. You will lead crew members, ensure a fast and friendly checkout, and support daily store operations and customer service.

You’ll assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising while participating in onboarding and training of staff. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open or close the store, including cash handling and securing premises.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform general store maintenance and housekeeping.
