Job summary

Five Below is seeking a hands-on store leader to oversee daily operations, coaching crew, and ensuring a WOW customer experience at our Wayne County/Honesdale location. This hourly role starts at $11.50 and requires flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.

You will supervise associates, train staff on best practices, assist with receiving and merchandising, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, while protecting cash and ensuring a smooth store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer experience and fast checkout.
• Train crew on BEST customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store and secure assets.
• Support onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drive sales and control expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising.
• Perform store maintenance.
