Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and store management experience in retail. Strong communication and physical stamina are required to meet daily demands and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; assist with loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
