You will assist the General Manager in executing operational standards, supervising employees, and maintaining store cleanliness. Previous experience in management or quick service restaurants is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability is required.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness.
• Supervise employees efficiently.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and its equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
