Job summary

Roses/Roses Express is seeking motivated individuals to support our stores by delivering essential products at great values. As an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier, you will provide excellent customer service and assist the Store Manager in achieving company goals.

You will help hire, train, and develop the store team, perform opening/closing duties in the manager’s absence, protect assets, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a professional, friendly environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members.
• Support Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
• Open and close store in the manager's absence.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
