Job summary

Five Below is looking for a FT Support Lead at our Omaha, NE location. You will supervise crew members, train on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, managing cash, supporting onboarding, and driving sales while controlling expenses. A positive attitude and multi-tasking skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff provide excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash handling and security.
