Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly check-out.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service standards.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures staff perform duties well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor shelves replenished.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, and ensures a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
