Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of merchandise flow and store operations.
- Ability to coach, delegate and follow up on tasks.
Responsibilities
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
- Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy.
- Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed as directed.
- Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
- Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
- Promotes safety and upholds labor policies.
