TJ Maxx in State College, PA is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and daily operations. This role alternates with Coordinator duties, requiring open availability including nights and weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service.
You will coach associates, uphold policy, manage opening/closing tasks, and communicate priorities to the team. The position offers a competitive starting wage, associate discounts, and growth opportunities within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.
Competenze
- 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of merchandise flow and store operations.
- Ability to coach, delegate and follow up on tasks.
Mansioni
- Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
- Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy.
- Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed as directed.
- Coaches and provides feedback to Associates.
- Maintains accurate Associate coverage for service areas.
- Promotes safety and upholds labor policies.
