Job summary

The Manager on Duty at ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing supervises front-end staff and handles administrative tasks assigned by the store manager. The MOD closes the store on some nights and helps ensure readiness for opening, while driving customer experiences and program compliance.

We seek someone with strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to train and support staff, maintain cleanliness, safety, and the overall store appearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow of the front-end staff.
• Lead the store in all corporate assigned programs and policies.
• Recommends discipline and termination of employees by partnering with their Store Management as needed and in accordance with policy.
• Ensures consistent, efficient, pleasant customer experiences; resolves any customer service issues, complaints, or requests.
• Assist with all closing and opening duties to ensure the store is ready for business.
• Continually trains and supports front-end staff and cash office procedures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of the front-end, bathrooms and parking lot.
• Ensures all front-end supplies and Ice is full.
• Performs other related duties as required.
