Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, sales floor activities, and customer service while upholding safety standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will report to the Store Manager, participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and collaborate with leadership to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with employees, customers, and management.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, sales floor, and customer service.
• Ensure departments collaborate to achieve business goals and improve workflow efficiency.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor and address potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting.
• Facilitate regular meetings to review performance and strategy; implement corrective action plans as needed.
