Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members WOW the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing procedures: secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
