Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused team member to open and close the store when management is absent, handle cash and transactions, and ensure floor and stock room readiness.

You will assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, and inventory accuracy while delivering a distinctive customer experience. In this role you will greet customers, resolve questions, and uphold Walgreens service traits by proactively assisting shoppers and maintaining store standards.

Qualifikationen

• One year of prior retail work experience as a retail key carrier or shift leader.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Aufgaben

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and proper pricing signage to support local regulations.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and displays, including backroom and stockroom readiness.
