Job summary

Five Below in New Jersey is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to supervise daily store operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and lead the store team. You will serve as Manager on Duty, handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and develop associates through training and guidance.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations and staff management.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
