Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking adept Store Manager/Department Manager for our Surprise, AZ location. You will assist the Store Manager in planning, executing merchandising and operating initiatives, and guiding associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will analyze performance data to inform budgets and improvements. Responsibilities include staffing, driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.

• Model exceptional customer service and resolve associate or customer issues.
