Job summary

• Assist in budget, P&L reviews and financial reporting.
• Monitor and control department expenses.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve goals.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure operations run smoothly in a high-paced environment.
