Job summary

Five Below in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Support Lead to oversee daily store operations and champion the customer experience. You will train crew on the BEST service standard, supervise associates, and ensure fast, friendly checkout while handling receiving and stocking new stock.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will open/close the store, manage cash and alarms, support onboarding and ongoing training, and partner with the leadership team on merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with personal attention and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, alarms, and ensures smooth operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training, improving performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising, World Recovery, and maintenance.
