Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Produces extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual and helps customers on entry and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Maintain awareness of inventory movement and customer trends.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures.
