Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Take responsibility in the Store Manager's absence.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Guide employees and customers across departments with product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and inventory movement.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and internal control procedures.
