Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, and planograms as directed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns, and scans.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier controls, refunds, and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
