Job summary

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will ensure merchandizing, stock, and policies are followed, while driving sales and maintaining a safe, engaging shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing fast, friendly checkout and outstanding service.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures high standards of customer care.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and takes responsibility for store operations.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash, alarms, and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks (cleaning, stocking, etc.).
