Responsibilities

• Close shifts to run total store operations when leadership is absent.
• Coordinate with center operations and fill in for ASD/Store Director as needed.
• Supervise all employees and handle customer complaints during late shifts.
• Initiate corrective actions and communicate with leadership on issues.
• Plan and direct merchandising, stocking, and displays.
• Train Head Clerks/PICs for promotion opportunities.
