Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Wisconsin. You will be a front-line ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance across our suite of financial products.

Responsibilities include educating customers on options, handling cash with accuracy, and resolving issues with a focus on the customer experience. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in sales or cash handling are preferred, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) in sales, customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, listening and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district personnel when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Outbound calls for sales, courtesy, and collections per regulations.
• Explain solutions to customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and resolve complaints.
• Handle currency and cash drawer; manage deposits and cash pickup as required.
• Balance batch receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
