CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Wisconsin stores. You will serve customers, manage cash handling, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering friendly, accurate service.

In this role you will educate customers on product options, coordinate with store leadership, and support operations across the district. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1+ year of sales or cash-handling experience preferred. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, or corporate when needed.
• Answer phones with general questions, applications, or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collections calls per regulations.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and complete trainings.
• Travel to stores within the district and work assigned shifts.
