Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for our financial services brands.

You will drive outstanding customer service, educate customers on product options, and ensure regulatory adherence across loans, check cashing, and Net Spend services. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and multitasking within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district level when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls following procedures and regulations.
• Explain solutions professionally and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Handle cash operations, balance drawers, and assist with deposits as required.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to corporate policies.
