Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure customer service excellence.
