• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.

• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and ensure store compliance.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and train staff.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors cleaned, trash removed.
• Other duties as assigned.
