Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Support organization of merchandise from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening/closing procedures as needed and follow corporate directives.
