Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Manager to perform General Manager duties in their absence and oversee daily store operations. You will partner with the GM, lead the freight team, supervise associates, and drive customer engagement while maintaining inventory integrity and payroll accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequent merchandise handling and stocking.
