Responsibilities

Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
Maintains store displays and signage according to promotions and resets.
Manages opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge and procedures.
Drives sales and controls costs by improving merchandising and staff performance.
