Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and build a positive, engaging team environment.
• Communicate plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; improve layout and shrink control.
