Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Mentor and train Associates to ensure a positive customer experience and strong team performance.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; support succession planning and store changes.
• Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs to improve layout and efficiency.
