Job summary

Coastal Farm & Home Supply LLC is seeking a dedicated full-time individual to support store management with daily customer service and operations across departments.

You will greet customers, assist with product locations, manage merchandising standards, train new associates, and help set daily goals. Flexibility to cover manager duties, open/close shifts, and lead meetings is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Proficient with Eagle Browser and POS systems.
• Experience working in multiple store departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help locate products.
• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising, signage, and inventory.
• Train new associates on systems and procedures.
• Create daily worklists and goals for store associates.
• Step in for Store Manager/Asst Store Manager when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Lead store meetings and communicate store goals.
• Answer phone calls and maintain radio communication.
• Maintain product knowledge and promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
