Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience in a lead/supervisory capacity with 3–10 team members.
• Knowledgeable in profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in all store operations.
• Oversee front-end cash register operations, processing, and banking tasks.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly store reports and employee schedules.
• Train and cross-train staff in processing, cashiering, sales floor, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor; enforce loss-prevention measures.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
