Job summary

Paycom seeks dedicated store operations supervisor to oversee daily activities across departments, ensuring policies are followed and customer service remains high. You will assist managers, monitor staff performance, and help resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-building skills to supervise staff.
• Strong communication skills to motivate coworkers and collaborate with managers.
• Intermediate math and computer literacy including Windows, Word, Excel.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Department Managers by enforcing all store/department policies and monitoring staff breaks.
• Supervise daily store operations and resolve routine issues to avoid overtime.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with questions about products and locations.
• Document employee and customer incidents and complete required reports.
• Attend quarterly inventories and store meetings; understand store layout for customer referrals.
